  • Managed, but not serverless
  • Expensive service
  • Can specify more than one cluster in a service
    • Nodes store metadata (for lookups, e.g.)
  • Storage system: Collusus (also used by Cloud Storage)
  • You can create a replicated cluster in a different zone
